GOP Won't Protect Schoolkids From Guns, But Demand $400 Million To Protect Trump

Republicans have been doing their best to turn Trump's insane vanity project after he destroyed the East Wing of the White House as now one of national security after the White House Correspondents Dinner.

What about the national security need to protect our schoolchildren and college students of all ages from the scourge of gun massacres?

Republicans shrug, twiddle their fingers, and offer hopes and prayers for the over 500 kids murdered in the last two decades.

This is outrageous.

Rand Paul is now introducing a bill to get the asinine ballroom built and is proposing no federal funds will be used. That's counter to Lindsey Graham's demand.

The ballroom project is on hold by a federal judge so why exactly is Rand offering up this bill?

I doubt the White House has the funds from Trump or his donor friends to complete the job at hand, but that's beside the point.

Melanie D'Arrigo is completely right.

Lauren Boebert Joins Dems To Block Farm Bill From Passage

House Republicans freaked out last night as Rep. Lauren Boebert joined forces with Democrats to sink a House rule to get the annual farm bill passed.

"I filed multiple non controversial amendments to the Farm Bill to help rural Coloradans," Boebert posted to X. "@RepJoeNeguse asked the Rules Committee to consider them on the House floor. The Republicans on the committee unanimously voted against them and they will not even be considered for a floor vote."

Well, my goodness gracious!

"Boebert says she’s a NO on the rule after her amendment — offered by a Democrat — was voted down by *Republicans* on the Rules Committee," wrote Cami Mondeaux of Deseret News. "Things are getting very weird."

"This rule looks dead on the floor — if the leadership could ever get it there," wrote Punchbowl News' Jake Sherman.

MAGA Host Slams 'Mentalist' At WHCD Shooting: 'Why Didn't He See This Coming?'nullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnullnull

Real America's Voice anchor Eric Bolling expressed outrage after a so-called mentalist performing for President Donald Trump failed to predict a gunman at the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

As the alleged gunman was storming a security checkpoint at the Washington Hilton on Saturday night, Oz Pearlman was performing tricks for Trump and his wife.

"I was performing right then for the president, the press secretary [Karoline Leavitt] and the first lady," Pearlman later recalled to CNN. "It [was] kind of a pivotal moment in the trick where you're just about to do the reveal … and we hear commotion."

On Monday, Bolling said that the man performing magic tricks should have "seen this coming."

"By the way, too soon or too on the nose to talk about the irony of Oz Pearlman, the so-called mentalist, standing right next to the president as shots rang out?" the pro-MAGA host wondered. "Why didn't he see that coming? I don't know. He's a mentalist, right?"

Judge Questions Whether Trump Can Sue His Own Government For $10B

A federal judge has expressed doubt about the viability of Donald Trump's $10 billion lawsuit against the IRS, hinting she may dismiss it because Trump effectively controls the very agencies he is suing. Judge Kathleen Williams surfaced the issue in a Friday ruling that also rejected a bid to pause proceedings while settlement discussions were underway. She observed that the relationship between Trump and the defendants — the Treasury Department and the IRS — may lack sufficient opposition to move the case forward, according to ABC News.

"Moreover, although President Trump avers that he is bringing this lawsuit in his personal capacity, he is the sitting president and his named adversaries are entities whose decisions are subject to his direction. Indeed, President Trump's own remarks about this matter acknowledge the unique dynamic of this litigation," she wrote.

The IRS is funded by taxpayers, defended by government lawyers paid by taxpayers, and any potential $10 billion payout would ultimately come out of public funds, too. So, in a very real sense, taxpayers would be footing the bill on both sides. The amicus brief, calling it "collusive litigation," hints at just how unusual and ethically tangled the whole thing is.

Acting Attorney General Refuses To Rule Out Vacating Insurrectionists' Convictions

As we discussed here, "Rep. Jamie Raskin, ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, scorched Donald Trump’s so-called Department of Justice, now led by his own former criminal defense lawyer, for asking a federal appeals court to vacate the Jan. 6 seditious conspiracy convictions of Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. In other words, to erase the record altogether."

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche was asked about this latest attempt at whitewashing this administration's vile history by CNN's Dana Bash this Sunday, and Blanche refused to rule it out, and when asked whether he was comfortable personally with vacating their sentences, basically said his job was to bow down to Dear Leader.

BASH: Before I let you go, sir, do you plan to vacate convictions of members of the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who were involved in the January 6th attack on the Capitol?

BLANCHE: So that's ongoing litigation that, as you know, the Supreme Court recently sent the case back to the district court judge. I expect you'll hear from us in the coming days about how we're going to proceed. Their sentences were commuted by President Trump on January 20th, and we'll go from there.

BASH: You're not ruling it out?

BLANCHE: I didn't hear that. Say it again. Sorry.

BASH: So you're not ruling it out, vacating their convictions?

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna Wants Trump To Pardon Soldier Involved In Betting Scandal

As they discussed:

Federal prosecutors allege Gannon Ken Van Dyke, who has since been arrested, used nonpublic knowledge from the planning and execution of the January operation to place a series of bets on the prediction market Polymarket, turning roughly $33,000 into more than $400,000.

OPEN THREAD: Good Samaritans Help Another Runner Finish Boston Marathon

Aaron Beggs, of Northern Ireland, and Robson De Oliveira, of Brazil, put their personal best on hold to help Ajay Haridasse, a Massachusetts native and student at Northeastern University, after he collapsed on Monday just 305 metres from the end of the Boston Marathon course.

Beggs, who was also feeling sick and exhausted, reminded himself of all the people in his running club who might never get to experience the Boston Marathon.

“We were shaking hands as we were running, and was like, ‘We’ve got this. Let’s do this together,'” he added. “It’s not like in shorter races where you’re head-to-head trying to beat people. In the marathon, you’re cheering each other on and encouraging everybody.”

Haridasse told the Boston Herald that he was “getting ready to crawl” to the finish line after falling down for the fourth time.

Okay, now I'm crying--a young Massachusetts native fell as he neared the finish line of the Boston Marathon. He tried to get up 3 times, falling back down to the pavement. One runner stopped and helped him to his feet, another joined, and he finished, arms over the shoulders of his two rescuers. 🥹💙

Idiot Tom Homan Invites Pope Leo For An ICE Ride-A-Long

During a Turning Point USA event, U.S. border czar Tom Homan invited Pope Leo on an ICE ride-a-long to show the head of the Catholic church that he's clueless when it comes to ICE operations.

Not to be upstaged by every other Trump official, 'General Zod' Homan attacked President Biden during his lame-brained monologue

Russian asset Benny Johnson conducted the interview.

JOHNSON: Is this your invitation to the Pope for a ride-along with ICE?

HOMAN: Yes. And I said that.

I said, I would sit down and talk to them, because they're talking about something they don't understand.

Again, I'll explain to them what happened to the Biden administration. An open boarder is the most inhumane thing you can do, because when you make a promise to the world like Biden and Mayorkas did, you can enter your country illegally, it's a crime, don't worry about it.

Homan then went on to glorify Demented Donald for another 90 seconds.

Has there ever been a more clueless invitation given to a Pope by the USA?

Pope Leo is highly educated and knows what he's talking about before he says something. He doesn't run to social media to spew lies, conspiracies, and nonsense when his fee-fees are hurt. The Pop doesn't need to set up propaganda events for photo-ops,

He would never lower himself to meet with miscreants like Homan.

These creeps treat the first US Pope in history like he's part of a "Cops" episode.

Texas Republican Would Like Democrats To Stop Doing The Thing His Party Started

Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy is very upset after Virginia Democrats scored a major win Tuesday, passing a redistricting measure that redraws the state's congressional map heavily in their favor — potentially flipping four Republican-held House seats and giving Democrats an advantage in all but one of the state's eleven districts.

The irony is lost on Roy, apparently. As I explained here, Trump started this redistricting battle when he called Texas Gov. Greg Abbott in 2025 after election losses to get more Republican seats in the House. Democrats warned that they would respond in kind, but Texas did it anyway - without the consent of the voters. In short, don't start no shit, won't be no shit, and now Chip Roy is mad even though his party, including his orange pissdaddy, started this shit.

"Losing is not an option," Roy told Fox News's Maria Bartiromo. "The Marxists want to destroy this country. And that's what Hakeem Jeffries literally admitted yesterday. So let's go do it."

"Let's defend the president," he continued. "Let's get behind the president and let's go deliver. But I'm not blackpilled. You know, James Blatter made a good point yesterday. He said we outperformed in Virginia."

Fed Pick Kevin Warsh Refuses To Say If Trump Lost 2020 Election

During today's Senate hearing on Trump's pick for the Federal Reserve, Kevin Warsh refused to say Trump lost the 2020 general election.

Senator Elizabeth Warren asked a simple yes-or-no question to see where Warren's loyalties lie.

Are they for the American people, or Demented Donald's egomania?

WARREN: Mr. Warsh, did Donald Trump lose the 2020 election?

WARSH: We try to keep politics, if I'm confirmed, out of the Federal Reserve.

WARREN: I'm just asking you a factual question. I need to know, I need to measure your independence and your courage.

WARSH: Senator, I believe that this body certified that election many years ago.

WARREN: That's not the question I'm asking. I'm asking, did Donald Trump lose in 2020?

Ma'am, I'm suggesting you in 2020, the Fed made a huge inflation problem, and you certified the election.'

When Trump demands a rate cut at the Fed, Warsh will be there to implement it.

Narcissistic Man-Baby Toys With Giving Himself Nation’s Highest Military Honor

Donald J. Trump, the very man who dodged the Vietnam draft because his feet hurt, now reportedly wants to award himself the Medal of Honor—the nation’s highest military decoration for extraordinary battlefield gallantry, according to the Wall Street Journal. Trump has mused about turning a solemn tribute to actual combat veterans into a humblebrag about how “extremely brave” he was for flying to Iraq that one time. Hey, give him a break, he has an insatiable ego to feed!

According to a senior administration official and others who have spoken directly with the president, Trump has reportedly been in a state of panic over how he has managed the war he initiated. Officials noted that his behavior has been so erratic that he was reportedly removed from a briefing about a rescue operation for a downed pilot. Beyond that, he has allegedly struggled to stay focused on the conflict, frequently turning his attention elsewhere — including to his $400 million ballroom and fundraising efforts ahead of the midterm elections.

Among the various distractions mentioned by insiders, Trump, 79, has apparently entertained the idea of awarding himself the Medal of Honor — a decoration that the commander in chief is authorized to bestow upon military personnel who demonstrate exceptional courage and selfless bravery in the face of grave personal danger.

Donald's Pope Lies Are A One-Way Ticket To Hell

CNN's Kaitlan Collins questioned Trump about his feud with Pope Leo XIV. Like a little boy trying to stay out of trouble, Trump kept making up bullshit about the pope:

No, no, I don't. I have to do what's right. The Pope has to understand that. Very simple. I have nothing against the Pope. His brother's MAGA all the way. I like his brother Louis. I'm not fighting with him.

The Pope made a statement. He says Iran can have a nuclear weapon. I say Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. And if the Pope looked at the 42,000 people that were killed over the last two or three months as a protester with no weapons, no nothing. I mean, you take a look at that so I can disagree with the Pope. I have a right to disagree. I have a right to disagree with the Pope.

As Collins points out, the Pope made no such statement.

It's not surprising that Trump would lie about something as simple as disagreeing with someone. Trump hasn't told the truth since he first took breath. It's second nature to him. Besides, it's not like Trump isn't going to burn in Hell anyway.

Kash Patel’s Drinking ‘A Recurring Source Of Concern’ Across Govt

The Atlantic came out with a big, juicy exposé of Kash Patel’s unfitness Friday evening. The good news is that according to the article, senior members of the Trump administration “are already discussing who might replace him.”

The bad news is that this drunkard and incompetent nincompoop is still on the job – when he bothers to show up. “He is erratic, suspicious of others, and prone to jumping to conclusions before he has necessary evidence, according to the more than two dozen people I have interviewed about Patel’s conduct, including current and former FBI officials, staff at law-enforcement and intelligence agencies, hospitality-industry workers, members of Congress, political operatives, lobbyists, and former advisers,” author Sarah Fitzpatrick wrote. “They described Patel’s tenure as a management failure and his personal behavior as a national-security vulnerability."

“Several officials told me that Patel’s drinking has been a recurring source of concern across the government,” Fitzpatrick reported. “They said he is known to drink to the point of obvious intoxication, in many cases at the private club Ned’s in Washington, D.C., while in the presence of White House and other administration staff. He is also known to drink to excess at the Poodle Room in Las Vegas, where he frequently spends parts of his weekends.”

Democrat Asks RFK Jr. About The 25th Amendment. The Copium Was Instant.

California Democratic Rep. Mark Takano offered a masterclass in grilling Health Secretary RFK Jr. during a congressional hearing. Right to the point, he asked, "Should Trump fail a mental fitness test, would you vote to invoke the 25th Amendment?"

RFK Jr., in full bootlicker audition mode, immediately launched into fanfiction: "There hasn't been a president who is more sane—"

Takano, who was not having any part of that circus, said, "Reclaiming my time." Straight back to the point: "Would you invoke the 25th Amendment?" Our conspiracy connoisseur-turned-Health Secretary, when he's not cutting off raccoons' penises, doubled down like it's his full-time job: "President Trump is the most stable—"

Takano calmly said, "Apparently not." A guy who has built a brand on questioning every fucking thing suddenly developed a mysterious allergy to answering a yes-or-no about the mental fitness of the boss he's desperately trying to impress.

RFK Jr. morphed into a human Teleprompter for the president, basically saying, "Trump is peak sanity, trust me, bro." It’s so MAGA to shirk off a basic question about presidential stability while somehow considering that to be a strong endorsement, and "reclaiming my time" hits harder than most actual policy debates.

In the background, Takano displayed Trump's bizarre post, in which the president apparently thinks he's Jesus Christ.

In Yale Speech, Justice Jackson Tells Us What She Thinks Of Her Colleagues

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson ripped into her conservative colleagues’ to benefit the Trump administration, calling the orders “scratch-paper musings” that can “seem oblivious and thus ring hollow.”

Jackson delivered a lengthy assessment of roughly two dozen emergency docket orders issued last year that allowed President Donald Trump to put in place controversial policies on immigration, steep federal funding cuts and other topics, after lower courts found they were likely illegal.

While designed to be short-term, those orders have largely allowed Trump to move ahead — for now — with key parts of his sweeping agenda.

AHe Was Posting A Joke': Vance'Released Everything's Hilarious Cleanup For Trump's Hilarious Cleanup For Trump'' On Epstein

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche insisted that the Department of Justice has released all files on Jeffrey Epstein after First Lady Melania Trump made a surprise announcement calling for men who conspired with the sex offender to face consequences.

"The First Lady dropped a bomb at the White House," Fox News host Bill Hemmer told Blanche on Tuesday. "A number of questions that come off of this. Did you know she was going to make that statement? Did you have information prior? Will you act on her request before Congress?"

"And when you remember what the president said," the Fox News host added, "when you give all the files out there, the innocent people are going to be hurt. And we've seen that to some degree."

"So, no, the first lady does not check with me before she speaks to the American people," Blanche revealed. "And I wouldn't expect her to. But what she said rings true to me. And what I mean by that is there have been tons of false narratives around her and her relationship or lack thereof... so I get her frustration and complaints, and I readily agree with it as far as her call to Congress."

Blanche insisted that Epstein survivors should contact the FBI.

"We will take it seriously no matter what," he claimed. "And so her call to Congress to have witnesses come forward and testify is not inconsistent with what the Department of Justice and President Trump, frankly, has been saying for many years."

As States Figure Out How To Work Around Trump's Mess, The Gold Trim Goes On

Health authorities in New York State are racing to devise strategies to blunt the new law that will restrict access to government health insurance programs, including Medicaid, that cover more than half of New York City’s residents.

To keep as many New Yorkers as possible from being cut from the Medicaid rolls next year, state and city officials are looking for ways to prove that patients are afflicted with addictions or are medically frail, conditions that would exempt them from the new restrictions. And they are considering how to sign people up for volunteer work — such as helping other New Yorkers navigate Medicaid’s new rules — which could satisfy the law’s work requirements.

“We’re getting very creative,” Dr. Alister Martin, the city’s new health commissioner, said in a recent interview.

When President Trump’s signature domestic policy bill passed last year, state health officials feared that perhaps 1.5 million people in New York might lose health coverage. Those predictions have grown somewhat less dire as officials have proposed possible methods to keep people insured and exempt from the new work requirements. Those requirements and other restrictions are expected to start next year.

MAGA TV Scolds'Trump For Comparing Himself To Jesus : ''You''

Of course, MAGA King Donald Trump launched a pissing contest with not just Pope Leo, but Jesus Christ, too. Even his base was rattled by Trump posting an image depicting himself as Jesus Christ, so at least we know there is a line they won't cross. Sort of, because they'll forget about it tomorrow.

Trump, of course, called it "fake news" when a reporter confronted him about the startling, blasphemous image.

"Mr. President, did you post that picture of yourself depicted as Jesus Christ?" a reporter asked.

"I did post it, and I thought it was me as a doctor and had to do with the Red Cross as a Red Cross worker there, which we support," he said. "And only the fake news could come up with that one."

"So I just heard about it, and I said, 'How did they come up with that?'" he added. "It's supposed to be me as a doctor making people better, and I do make people better. I make people a lot better."

So the guy responsible for skyrocketing health care costs, whose administration bombed a girls' school in Iran, and who danced while people were dying during the pandemic, makes people feel better? Am I getting that right? Sure thing, Dr. Trump.

Maria Bartiromo: 'Trump Checkmated Iran With This Beginning Of A Blockade'

Someone has been smoking some strong stuff over at Fox "news." Here's Trump apologist Maria Bartiromo on this Sunday's Fox & Friends Weekend, just ahead of her insane half hour plus long phoner with Trump, pretending the talks that just fell apart with Iran are part of his grand strategy to force China to buy American oil.

BARTIROMO: He directed allies to buy oil and gas from America. Now, the US and allies are increasing their naval presence in the Strait of Hormuz right now, to indicate to the world that yes, Iran wanted the strait closed, it will then be closed. And all the traffic will be redirected to the Gulf of America, where the United States will up its capacity and up its sales of oil and gas to the rest of the world.

There is a second front developing right now in this war, and that second front is about the economy. The United States military has destroyed the economy of Iran and will continue to do so. The president has talked a lot about helping the people of Iran. As much as this is decimating Iran and its economy, it is helping the people of Iran on the other side of this.

The FBI’s ‘Proactive’ Domestic Terrorist Plans Should Terrify Us All

Anyone who has read George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four novel, published in 1949, surely remembers the Thought Police going after “thought criminals.” Thanks to Kash Patel and his MAGA comrades in the Trump administration, it is now a case of art imitating life. And they want more money for it.

Ken Klippenstein caught the little-noticed provision in Donald Trump’s proposed budget that should scare the s**t out of everyone in the C&L community. “Buried inside it is a new FBI-led center dedicated to ‘proactively’ hunting Americans the government classifies as so-called domestic terrorists,” Klippenstein wrote.

He was referring to the “NSPM-7 Joint Mission Center.” It is staffed with personnel from 10 federal agencies, Klippenstein says. “It is busy ‘proactively’ identifying domestic terrorists” who, the budget request says, “are motivated by a range of ideologies" and “pose an elevated threat to the Homeland.”

So, who are these “potential” domestic terrorists and what ideologies do they hold? Besides those supporting “the overthrow of the U.S. government,” the budget request claims that violent conduct “commonly” relates to “views associated with anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism and anti-Christianity … extremism on immigration, race and gender. [sic] and hostility towards those who hold traditional American views on family, religion and morality.”

USPS Disenfranchised Hundreds Of Wisconsin Voters

On Thursday, Milwaukee Election Commission Executive Director Paulina Gutierrez announced that hundreds of voters were silenced when their absentee ballots were delivered the day after Tuesday's election. Per Wisconsin state law, ballots have to be delivered by the time the polls close on Election Day.

Per Gutierrez, the election commission received only 20 absentee ballots from the United States Postal Service on Tuesday, which was Election Day in Wisconsin. This was despite having been in contact with USPS several times during the day. However, on Wednesday, USPS delivered 269 ballots to the election commission, through no fault of the voters who did everything they were supposed to do.

Gutiérrez said of the 269 ballots she received the morning after Election Day, 17 had no postal date and 252 had postmarks on or before April 6.

"We've never experienced this before where we got no ballots and then all of a sudden the first delivery in the morning is that many," she said.
"This is a smaller election too, so that number may be normal in like a presidential ... It's just completely unprecedented for us."

Similar problems were reported in Dane County, where they received 107 late ballots, even though some of them were postmarked as early as late March.

I'm sure that it's purely a coincidence that this is happening in the two biggest Democratic bastions in the state.

Cringeworthy Todd Blanche Tells Trump He Loves Him

During acting Attorney General Todd Blanche's press conference yesterday, he acted like he had a school girl crush on Trump, actually saying "I love you, sir," when asked if he would like to be a confirmed AG.

A reporter asked if Blanche would like to be the full-time Attorney General.

It's a simple enough question, right?

Wrong. When talking to or interviewing a MAGA cultist the conversation always turns into a love letter of embarrassing proportions to the demented commander-in-chief.

As to whether or not I want this job, I did not ask for this job.

I love working for President Trump.

It's the greatest honor of a lifetime. And if President Trump chooses to keep me as acting, that's an honor. If he chooses to nominate me, that's an honor. If he chooses to nominate somebody else and I go back to being the DAG, that's an honor.

If he chooses to nominate somebody else and asks me to go do something else, I will say thank you very much.

I love you, sir.

So I don't have any goals or aspirations beyond that.

His only aspiration is to say how much he loves Trump. The slobbering glorification of Trump by his cabinet members and other appointees makes my skin crawl in its ickiness.

Can we ever have any nice things in this country?

CNBC Host Asks How Investors Can Profit From Iran's Annihilation

Trump threatens to destroy a civilization, and corporate media wonders how to respond.

Source: Mediaite

Shortly after President Donald Trump threatened Iran in downright apocalyptic and genocidal terms on Tuesday, CNBC’s Sara Eisen wondered whether such a development would affect investors’ mindsets.
...
Shortly before Trump announced the pause in hostilities, on Tuesday’s Money Movers, Eisen asked CNBC commentator Mike Santoli about the president’s “a whole civilization will die” post.

“So, Mike, let’s talk about tonight,” Eisen began. “This deadline that President Trump has set, 8 p.m., has threatened to destroy a civilization. How does an investor process that? Is it a bigger upside risk or downside risk?”

Santoli then responded with something about Trump's rhetoric often being at odds with his actions, and that none of this may happen and so on. Investors should adopt a cautious, wait-and-see approach, etc. All a bit surreal.

Trump: God Bless Iran Before We Blow You To Bits

Trump has told Iran its “whole civilization will die tonight” as Tehran showed no signs of agreeing to the tiny-fingered vulgarian's demands by his 8 p.m. deadline.

“A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again,” the president wrote last night, just twelve hours before the window he has given for the Strait of Hormuz to be reopened ends. “I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will."

There’s a greater chance of Trump nuking Iran than not!
I spent the early 70’s and 80’s genuinely worrying about imminent US and USSR, and Trump posts this insane post!

'EVIL': MTG Rips Trump's Horrible Easter Post And Iran War

On Easter Sunday, former MAGA Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene told the Christians in Trump's administration to get on their knees and beg forgiveness for worshiping Trump's madness while calling his war with Iran evil.

MTG, once a voracious supporter of Demented Donald, has admitted Trump has gone insane.

"I know all of you and him and he has gone insane, and all of you are complicit."

Almost every Republican in Congress is complicit to his madness.

"This [is] NOT what we promised the American people when they overwhelmingly voted in 2024, I know, I was there more than most.

This is not making America great again, this is evil."

Christian Nationalist Dale Partridge Proclaims Women Should Lose The Right To Vote

A wingnut Christian nationalist pastor attacked white liberal women, but then included every woman when he claimed they are the biggest threat to America because "they are incapable of responsible voting."

Many of the MAGA Christian right feel this way about women, but couch their words to appear more inclusive. Dale Partridge did not.

PARTRIDGE: America's, at least one of America's biggest threats, is white liberal women because they are the ones literally opening up the doors of immigration, passing laws that degenerate society, releasing criminals to be repeat offenders, aborting babies by the hundreds of thousands and millions.

It's why I really believe that we must, as a nation, repeal the 19th Amendment.

The majority of women are not capable of responsible voting.

These are the people the rally around Demented Donald Trump.

Partridge sounds like a rabid incel leader blaming all the ills of society on women.

It's just as demented as Donald's Easter message.

Grothman Flies His Bigot Flag On Trans Visibility Day

On Trans Visibility Day, Rep Glenn Grothman (MAGA-His Mom's Basement) decided to go on TV and spew some of the most bigoted gibberish that I have ever had the displeasure of hearing:

I'm afraid so. It is bizarre that the Democrats are so involved in ingratiating themselves to the most extreme members of the LGBT community that they want to have minors. Can you imagine a 14-year-old, a 15-year-old, having surgery that can't be turned around for life? I mean, what type of sick doctor would do that? And what type of sick state legislature would allow such things? So it should be brought up, not only because we want to do what we can to help these poor people. We don't want to allow some fast-talking doctor to talk them or them and their parents into lopping off body parts when you're 14 or 15 years old. That's for sure.

Pam Bondi's Portrait Ends Up In The Trash Bin At DOJ

A fitting end to a sordid career.

Source: MSNow

Within hours of the news that President Donald Trump had fired Pam Bondi as attorney general, images began circulating of her framed portrait, unceremoniously removed from its place of honor near the president and vice president on the walls of Justice Department offices.

One photo obtained by MS NOW showed Bondi’s portrait in a trash bin.

Current and former DOJ officials said it’s a reflection of how deeply unpopular Bondi was with career officials and agents, thousands of whom left the department rather than follow her orders. Dozens more were forced out.

One of Bondi's first acts as Attorney General was to remove the acting national security head from his post hours after Attorney General Pam Bondi saw a portrait of former President Joe Biden continuing to hang in the division’s front office, according to people familiar with the situation.

She will not be missed.

Watters Lashes Out At NATO: 'We Saved Them Twice From World Wars'

Note to Jesse Watters: NATO was founded in 1949. World War II ended in 1945. The Marshall Plan served US interests as well as the Europeans, and helped prevent Soviet expansion. And NATO is supposed to be for defensive purposes, not to help Trump and Bibi with their war of aggression against Iran.

But hey, why should anyone on Fox let a few facts get in the way of one of their rants?

Here's Watters on this Wednesday's The Five doing Putin's bidding by justifying Trump's constant attacks on NATO.

WATTERS: He has a lot of options. I have no clue what he's going to do.

NATO. Let's just say I'm very disappointed. Need we go through how much they owe us? We saved them twice from World Wars. We bailed them out with the Marshall Plan.

We even lowered our tariffs to zero so they could recover for decades. And then we helped them out with Ukraine. And all we want is a base. All we want is airspace for a little bit to knock out the world's number one sponsor of terror.

They can't give us that. These missiles are in range of their capitals, not ours. They get their oil from that strait. We don't. The least they could do is say okay and deal with the domestic blowback.

But to say no, well, like their economy is kind of murdered because they can't even sustain four weeks from an oil supply shock. Like come on, you're not going to send one vessel to the strait? You're going to wait till the hostilities are over?

Trump Threatens To Pull Out Of NATO

Frustrated that our NATO allies refused to help his sneak attack on Iran, Trump told Reuters he is absolutely considering withdrawing the US from the NATO alliance.

"I'll be discussing my disgust with NATO," he said of the speech. Asked if he was thinking about pulling out of NATO, he said: "Oh, absolutely without question. Wouldn't you do that if you were me?"

If Trump actually tried to withdraw from NATO, he would face serious legal challenges because, under the Constitution, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was ratified by the Senate and requires Senate approval to withdraw. In 2023, Congress passed a law that a president cannot withdraw from NATO unless two-thirds of the Senate approves.

We know Trump hates the US Constitution and all its restrictions on executive power, so it will not surprise anyone if he ignores the law to indulge his petulance.

The NATO Alliance was formed in 1949 to thwart any aggression from Russia. It has been a staple of security for all the member nations since then.

NATO was not formed as an attack mechanism so that a member nation could unceremoniously and aggressively attack another country, and then demand aid and assistance from the members.

It has been successful up until today.

Trump is like a spoiled child who pitches a fit when his mommy refuses to give him candy at bedtime. It is a worldwide embarrassment.
